El pasado sábado 12 de noviembre la gran violinista española Leticia Moreno fue nombrada Amiga de UNICEF MADRID por su Presidente Manuel López de Miguel, para unirse activamente a UNICEF

Es un gran honor para los miembros de la Junta directiva UNICEF MADRID contar con una gran artista, una gran profesional, una mujer luchadora y apasionada y una persona tremendamente comprometida

Leticia Muñoz Moreno (Madrid, 1985), comenzó su educación musical a la edad de tres años, ofreciendo sus primeros recitales cuando tenía solamente cinco años. A los diez años ya daba conciertos en toda Europa. Estudió seis años con el profesor Zakhar Bron, en la Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía y en Alemania, en Köln Musikhochschule. Posteriormente fue alumna de Maxim Vengerov en Saarbrücken y David Takeno en la Guildhall School of Music and Drama, donde recibió la más alta puntuación en la historia de la escuela por su recital de graduación. Su último profesor fue el maestro Rostropovich. Ha tocado con la Orquesta Sinfónica de Chicago y la Orquesta Filarmónica de Viena por citar algunos ejemplos.

A través de su música , que es su gran pasión , Leticia Moreno llevará UNICEF al gran publico internacional contribuyendo así a concienciar y sensibilizar a personas para que puedan contribuir a los programas que UNICEF tiene en favor de los derechos de los niños, allí donde se encuentren y en todo momento, tal y como proclama la Convección de los Derechos del Niño.
