Die Präsentation fand in der Aula der kulturellen Bereich der englischen Hof und war mit Cuchita LLuc Präsident des Culinary Academy in Valencia vorgestellt, Quique Dacosta Gastronom, y los autores Ainhoadel Carre y Jaime Ruiz de Velasco.
