BELPART Valencia hosted the presentation of the book Coquinaria, Recipes XI Pompeyana with which the Publisher has received Tejuelo National Gastronomy Award for Best Publication 2009. This publication was made possible through the sponsorship of Marques de Vargas.

The book, written by Jaime Ruiz de Velasco and the Carre Ainhoa ​​delves into the culinary traditions of Pompeii, less sophisticated than the Roman and therefore, more accessible. Arana Ramon did a great job doing the editing of the book and the illustrations show us the recipe ingredients while Ruiz de Velasco takes us into the villa where Oplontis related couch gastronomy and cuisine of live scenes Poppea.

The book begins with a foreword by the President of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy Rafael Anson and ends with two character cards to bring both gastronomy chef Ferran Adria and Iñigo Méndez de Vigo, vice president of the Brotherhood of the Good Table
