THE BOOK “Coquinaria” FILED IN VALENCIA cultural field
Belpart organizó the presentation of the book " Recipes XI Coquinaria Pompeyana “, winner of the National Gastronomy Award for best publication of 2009 The Royal Academy of Gastronomy of Spain, the past 13 December in Valencia.
The presentation took place in the auditorium of cultural field of the English Court and was to be presented with Cuchita LLuc President of the Culinary Academy at Valencia, The restorative Quique Dacosta, and authors Ainhoadel Carre and Jaime Ruiz de Velasco.
